Bristol Airport (BRS)
Travel and Ground Transport

(Bristol, Somerset, England, UK)

Although there is no direct rail service from Bristol International Airport (BRS) to the city and around, there is a convenient bus service direct to the train station in town and other bus services to the city centre, nearby regional towns and resorts, and destinations farther afield.

There is a dedicated service to Weston-super-Mare and a National Express service as well as a fleet of taxis that operate from outside the airport.

Buses

For getting to the city and the railway station, the Bristol International Flyer runs every 20 minutes and calls at several different stops on the way, while Badgerline 121 bus service runs throughout the day from Bristol International Airport (BRS) to Weston-super-Mare, stopping at towns on the way. If you plan on travelling farther afield, National Express run coaches from Bristol Bus Station to destinations nationwide.

Trains

Bristol Temple Meads train station is the nearest train station to Bristol International Airport (BRS) and from here you can connect direct to London in just a few hours as well as to numerous other cities in the UK. Apart from taking a taxi, the best way to get to Bristol Temple Meads is to take the regular Bristol International Flyer express coach service.

Taxi Cabs

Dedicated airport taxis leave from outside the terminal building 24 hours a day, with Checker Cars being the main service provider. Checker Cars run a fleet of air-conditioned vehicles, as well as wheelchair accessible minibuses. There is a booking desk in the terminal opposite International Arrivals. For advance bookings call: +44 870 2245 000.
